Shipping & Delivery policy
We use the best-in-class courier services to ensure prompt and safe delivery of products purchased from www.birdstore.in
We service more than 300 destinations across India.
Orders are shipped within three working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Bird Store Delhi is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within three working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address mentioned while booking the order in the web site. Bird Store Delhi is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Delivery charge will vary from time to time and will be informed to the buyer accordingly.
Order Cancellation /Returns /replacement/Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your original merchandise within five days from the receipt of materials in its original condition with all the packaging intact as per our returns policy. You may opt to get a replacement piece of that item (subject to stocks availability) or request for a full refund. Your refund will be processed within ten days of the receipt of returned goods after deduction of transportation cost and other direct cost, if any. Bird Store Delhi is not responsible for any refund if the return goods are not in original conditions.
Late Returns
We can accept returnable merchandise for up to five days from the receipt of materials. Unfortunately, items received after five days cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no further action will be taken.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
In case a product shipped from Bird Store Delhi turns out to be defective or was damaged in transit, you may return your original merchandise within fifteen days from the date of invoice in its original condition with all the packaging intact as per our returns policy. You may opt to get a replacement piece of that item (subject to stock availability) or request a full refund. Your refund will be processed within thirty days of the receipt of returned goods.
In all the above cases Bird Store Delhi will not bear any shipment cost.
